1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the mm3 platform (including the mm3.best website and official mobile app), you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using our platform immediately.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and mm3 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform after any changes to the Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms. You are advised to review this page periodically.
The mm3 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement under applicable law.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on mm3. Registering duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended without warning. The information you provide during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password secure. mm3 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account by a third party. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
Identity verification may be required during registration or when you submit a withdrawal request. Documents that may be requested include a valid copy of your MyKad or passport. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in your transaction being put on hold.
3. User Responsibilities & Rules
As an mm3 user, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law or applicable international law.
- Using automated software, bots, or any tools designed to manipulate or exploit the platform's systems.
- Attempting to hack, breach, or interfere with mm3's platform security systems.
- Sharing or transferring your account to another party without written consent from mm3.
- Using information from the platform for commercial purposes without authorisation.
- Encouraging minors to access or use the platform.
Any breach of these rules entitles mm3 to take appropriate action, including suspending or closing your account and forfeiting any outstanding balances or unclaimed rewards.
